To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID/email).
Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or used will not be eligible for return.

If you received a defective or damaged item, weβll replace it at no extra cost. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
